Steam Right Cleaning
A cleaning business needed a website that converted visitors into booked jobs — not just looked good.
Steam Right Cleaning is a commercial and residential cleaning company serving the Phoenix area. They offer carpet, upholstery, tile, and specialty cleaning services. Like most home services businesses, their revenue depended heavily on repeat customers and word of mouth — and they needed a digital presence that could generate new business.
The previous website generated almost no inbound leads. It had no clear service descriptions, no pricing signals, no social proof, and a contact form that asked for too much information too early. Visitors were arriving and leaving without contacting anyone.
- Turn the website into a lead generation asset
- Build clear, conversion-optimized service pages
- Make the quote request process as low-friction as possible
- Establish local SEO presence for Phoenix cleaning searches
- Build trust signals that gave first-time visitors confidence to reach out
How we built it.
The conversion architecture was designed before anything visual. What did a visitor need to see, in what order, to feel confident reaching out? Service pages were written to answer the questions cleaning customers actually ask: what's included, how long it takes, what it costs (ranges, not hard quotes), and what to expect the day of service.
The quote request form was streamlined — name, contact, service type, and a brief description. No requirement to pre-qualify or provide information they wouldn't have handy. Just enough to have a productive first conversation.
Local SEO was built into the structure from the start: neighborhood-specific service pages, properly structured schema markup, fast page load, and content that answered the searches Phoenix cleaning customers actually make.
What changed.
The business saw consistent inbound lead growth from organic search after launch. The quote form conversion rate was notably higher than the previous site — attributed primarily to reduced friction in the request process. Service pages rank for multiple local cleaning searches in the Phoenix metro.
"Home services websites are deceptively hard to do well. Everyone thinks they're simple — it's just "show your services and have a contact form" — but getting the conversion architecture right requires understanding the psychology of the buyer at that moment. I'm particularly happy with how the service pages turned out here."
