The Client

AlTech Painting is a commercial and residential painting contractor serving the Phoenix metro area. Like most trade businesses, their reputation was built on referrals — but they were leaving inbound leads from search uncaptured.

The Challenge

Painting contractors are searched constantly by homeowners and property managers who need quotes. Without a presence in those searches, AlTech was invisible to buyers who hadn't been referred by someone they knew.

Goals
  • Capture inbound leads from local painting searches
  • Showcase past work credibly with before/after photography
  • Present commercial and residential services separately
  • Make quote requests frictionless
Process

How we built it.

The site was built around two service tracks — residential and commercial — with distinct content paths for each buyer type. A photo gallery showcasing past projects gave first-time visitors visual confidence in the quality of work. The quote request form was simple: type of project, contact info, and a brief description.

Outcomes

What changed.

AlTech began receiving inbound quote requests from search — buyers who found them without a referral. The project gallery gave those buyers the visual confidence to reach out.

York's Take
"Trade contractor websites have a simple job: be found, look credible, make it easy to get a quote. The gallery work here was particularly important — in home services, before/after photography is one of the most effective trust signals available."
